DELIVERY POLICIES

Shipping will only be completed after payment confirmation and on business days. We offer the following delivery options:

Correios, FedEx, and Jadlog through the Envia.com channel; Local pickup and delivery via the app.

Once shipped, you'll receive your tracking code by email. Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location, package weight, and size, as per carrier shipping schedules. Delivery times are based on the shipping method you choose: PAC, SEDEX, or JADLOG, and are calculated from the date the order is posted. Please pay attention to the shipping deadlines before completing your purchase.

Local delivery will be made within 24 (twenty-four) business hours for orders in the Belém region, according to the following table.

R$ 16.00 - Maracangalha, Atalaia (ananindeua), Guanabara (ananindeua), Bengui and Val de Cães.

R$ 22.00 - Cabanagem, Mangueirão, Jaderlândia, Pratinha, Green Park, Providence, Coconut Tree and Tapanã.

R$ 27.00 - New city, Águas Lindas, Águas Brancas and 40 hours.

If you prefer our collection system, they are carried out at our headquarters at Rua dos Pariquis, 2509, Bairro: Cremação, between: Trav. 14 de março and Av. Generalissimo, city of Belém/Pa.

Deliveries and collections are made from 10 am to 6 pm from Monday to Saturday, if it is not possible to receive your order during these times, please contact us via email (vendas@belezanumaboa.com.br) or WhatsApp (91 98066-0222).
