EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

To exchange or return a product, you must contact us by email (vendas@belezanumaboa.com.br) or by WhatsApp ((91 98066-0222) within 7 calendar days after the date of receipt, as determined by Article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code, reporting the incident with the order number and/or invoice, and, if possible, with a photo of the product with the reported problem. The customer may choose a new, identical product or, if it is not available and there is no estimated stock, they may choose a product of equal value or a refund of the full value of the product. If the chosen product has a higher value, the difference can be paid via PIX or bank transfer.

To exchange or refund, the product must be in its original packaging and show no signs of use. Opened products or those with broken/damaged packaging will not be accepted; products with empty packaging; products with signs of fraud; or products that are out of date (unless that's how they arrived). If the product was a gift and you wish to exchange it, please contact us through the appropriate channel.

A second exchange will not be possible except in cases required by law. Please ensure that all information is correct at the time of exchange. Freebies or samples cannot be exchanged. Kits must be exchanged as a whole; they cannot be exchanged separately.

Sending return and exchange items to the company will not generate any cost to the buyer, and they must follow the instructions that will be provided through the chosen contact channel.

The deadline for resolving problems is 30 days, in accordance with Article 18 of the Consumer Code, first paragraph, and if after this period your problem is not resolved, you have the right to receive a new product or cancel your purchase.

For payments made with credit cards, the full purchase amount, including shipping, will be refunded directly on your next statement or by releasing your credit limit on your card, depending on the statement closing date. Some card issuers may offer refunds in installments, depending on the number of installments selected at the time of purchase. If you experience any issues, please contact your issuer.

If payment was made via Pix, the full refund of the purchase, including shipping costs, will be deposited into the buyer's account within a maximum period of 7 business days from receipt of the product.
